Our chef, Manu Bitard, is a ‘Master Chef 2018 Final Jury Member’ and has been involved since its inception in the ‘9 Hole 9 Chiefs’ competition.
He graduated first from his class at Le Touquet Paris Plage, completed his training at the Relais et Châteaux of Dordogne and in starred restaurants in France.
In 1995, he moved to Casablanca and headed for twelve years the kitchens of renowned establishments such as La Bavaroise, La Bodega, Tri Cammelli’s or the Gapi patisserie.
In 2007, with his wife Isabelle, he moved to Marrakech and opened their establishment Touggana.
His passion, rigour and attention to detail lead him to take the reins of the kitchens of Atlas Golf Marrakech and its catering service.
